7 Steps to Victory over sin

V - Vigilance (1 Peter 5:8)

I - Imagine the consequences (Romans 13:14)

C - Cry out to God (Psalm 34:6, Jeremiah 33:3)

T - Take thoughts into captivity (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)

O - Omnipresence of God (Genesis 39:7-9)

R - Rely on the Scriptures (Psalm 119:11, Joshua 1:8)

Y - Yield to the Spirit.

God created man and woman as emotional/thinking beings with unique personalities.
