Introduction: The past heroes of faith have done exploits in their times and have passed the batons to us (Hebrews 11). They have disciplined themselves to run the Christian race well and finished strong.   They are watching us on how to run the race. The challenge is that if that if we are vying for the same honor and laurels, we need also to pay certain price as they have done. The standard is still the same. B. Why did they become Heroes of Faith? What did they do that distinguish them to be receive laurels?
