We received the Theme Word for the Year. TOPIC: EMPOWERED FOR EXPLOITS TEXT: EPH. 2:4-6, 10 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,  10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.(NIV) 10 For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
